A lot of my family is buried here but Michigan Memorial makes it very easy in this difficult time. Jacob took care of all of my funeral issues From what and how to pick everything out all the way to the end to the burial. The place is very beautiful with lots of offers to choose from. In this difficult time they make sure to take care of the family. And make sure all your needs are taken care of I highly recommend Michigan Memorial. If you’re lucky enough to get Jacob he was a great coordinator, and I would definitely use them again. Not that I want anyone to pass away. They even reached out after to see how I was doing. I cannot say enough about the excellent service our family received after the recent passing of my mom. Our director, Jake, was with us every step of the way from planning to funeral to graveside burial. He paid attention to every detail and made sure that our requests were honored. One of the things I was most worried about was how my mom would look. I could not have been more pleased. Jake put the utmost thought, respect and care into her preparation. She looked so peaceful and beautiful. Jake and the entire team - VP Craig, hostess Becky, pre-planning specialist Michael, parking attendants Greg and Sal, florist Kathy, family service representative Jenna, and cemetery crew members Ryan and Scott - were outstanding. Their kindness and compassion was very much appreciated by our family.
The entire team at Michigan Memorial was absolutely wonderful to work with. They took great care to understand what we wanted for our brother’s service and delivered above and beyond our expectations. Steve, Stacy, Jacob and Craig were so wonderful to our family. Many of our family’s final resting place is at Michigan Memorial, because it is the most beautiful cemetery around. They are always upgrading and growing with the times.

We chose Michigan Memorial to handle the most difficult time in my life! Jake was absolutely wonderful, he paid attention to every small and big detail! The girls at the front desk were compassionate and understanding! They were so kind and caring! They were scanning photos and finishing our slideshow the last couple of hours before our services started because I had a hard time finding the photos I wanted to use! I can’t thank them enough!
Such kind and loving people who work here. I lost my mom over a month ago and I just received a text message from the funeral home checking on me and my family.
